Happy birthday to this amazing human who always lends her hand and ear to anyone around. Her smile and friendly demeanor let’s you open up more and brightens the room. Her husband Scott and her have been dedicated members of Stimulus Reno for four years. Thanks for being fun and that extra spark we need here.

✨Trainer Spotlight✨

Meet Anthony! He was born in Reno Nevada, and has lived here for most of his life. He is a full time contest prep coach, and coaches athletes all over the country and abroad through online as well as in person.

He has been coaching in the fitness industry since 2010, and is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Sports & Fitness Association. He has helped clients turn IFBB pro status in every division the NPC/IFBB has to offer, and has helped clients win over 60 overall titles.

Anthony has won 6 overall championships:
2015 1st place and overall Novice
2015 1st place open and overall Nor Cal championships
2015 Mr. Nevada 1st place and overall champion.
2016 1st place open and Tahoe show overall champion
2018 1st place open and overall champion at contra costa championships
2023 1st place open and overall champion at NPC motherlode
2023 best poser award
2019 1st place Best team

His dream is to make a legacy of being one of the best bodybuilding coaches in history, and become an IFBB pro himself.

Nickname showtime! Katelyn is a certified personal trainer through the National academy of sports medicine who became a Trainer at Stimulus last January. She has been a trainer for almost two years with a long history of being active, sports and loves her runs and hikes.

She has high energy and motivates her clients to the fullest. She believes in longevity meaning she wants her clients to feel good while feeling strong for life. She personalizes workouts to each client while making workouts fun.

Katelyn works with clients one on one and also loves working in a group setting. Katelyn is working towards her nutrition certification so that will be added her to options very soon. If you're looking for a fun, outgoing, wanting to get you to your goal type of trainer, Katelyn is your girl!

Meet Steph, a personal trainer who is proud to have over 20 years of diverse fitness experience!

Initially starting her journey as a gym rat with general fitness goals, Steph has expanded her love of fitness to include CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Bodybuilding, and Personal Training!

As her current passion resides in Bodybuilding, Steph continues to compete in Figure Competitions and takes pride in being able to relate to your fitness journey.

Her current certification include, Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition and Personal Trainer with Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS).

In her free time, Steph enjoys cooking, baking, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

With a passion for fitness and overall health, Steph welcomes you with open arms to help reach YOUR fitness goals.
