Pulled off another great achievement this evening after working with clients during the day!
I improved my VO2Max and ran my normal training course at a personal record pace.
I felt slow and a little tired, but I used my mind and told myself to keep pushing on.
Focussed on my form/running mechanics, cadence, staying relaxed, and controlled my breathing.
So happy, proud, grateful, and thankful for studying, learning, and implementing the knowledge to do the hard work that is paying off.
I’m engaging in energy efficient and better performance running.
Wish I knew these things a long time ago.
But now, I can help and teach others this knowledge to improve one of the most basic and important movement capabilities found in many sports.
To get back into shape in this manner after fighting pancreatic cancer makes me feel great.
Thanks to God and all that have, do, and will help me.
