I’m pleased to share that I’ve joined the Livelong Women’s Health Summit as an Ambassador to help elevate informed, evidence-based conversations around women’s health and longevity—an area that deserves far more rigorous and thoughtful dialogue.
Taking place April 17–18, 2026 in San Francisco, this is not a typical wellness event. It is science-forward and experience-rich, bringing women together to explore longevity, hormones, mind-body health, and practical strategies guided by leading experts.

The Summit features an exceptional lineup of clinicians, researchers, and cultural leaders, with Jane Fonda delivering the keynote.

Why I train the way I do.

I was born in San Mateo and raised in San Carlos, and I’ve spent my professional life working within the Peninsula community. My approach to training was shaped early—through education, mentorship, and years of hands-on experience—not trends or quick fixes.

I completed my first formal Certified Personal Trainer education through the university-based program developed and taught by Dr. Donald A. Chu at California State University, Hayward. Dr. Chu is a Hall of Fame strength and conditioning coach, and I was fortunate to train under him during the final year of his tenure there.

Since that time, I’ve continued to build on that foundation through ongoing education and nationally recognized credentials, including NASM-CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Health Coach, and Precision Nutrition Coach, along with additional certifications across strength, conditioning, and wellness. I hold a Master’s degree and maintain a strong commitment to lifelong learning.

I’ve owned and operated my own fitness business for many years and have been based in Redwood City for the past nine years, working with clients who value thoughtful, individualized training that supports strength, power, bone density, mobility, and long-term well-being.

This work is personal to me.

It’s about consistency, individuality, and staying strong for life.
