Kaizen Do LLC We train in Okinawa Kenpo Karate and Kobudo (weapons) with direct instructor lineage to Okinawa, the birthplace of karate.

Our focus is to help our students improve themselves through a study of the martial arts.

This past Saturday a few of our students participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at the Berks County fairgrounds. Cancer touches everyone, and we wanted to show our support for our own Curtis Cassler, Renshi who has been fighting the Big C. We were honored to join Mr. Cassler in HIS lap around the track.
