Don't forget that North portion Main Street will be closed from 1:30pm-9:00pm

To help us get ready for an amazing night, please take note of these important schedule and parking updates:

Rathdrum Fishing Derby is this Saturday 06/13/26

🎣 Didn’t catch online registration in time? Don’t reel in your lines just yet!
You can still register IN PERSON at the park the morning of the event!

Calling all young anglers! Join Rathdrum Parks & Rec for our annual Fishing Derby. The creek will be dammed and freshly stocked with fish, making it the perfect morning to cast a line, enjoy the sunshine!

📍 Where: Rathdrum City Park

🗓️ When: Saturday, June 13 • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

🧒 Ages: 14 & Under

💵 Cost: FREE!

🪱 The Essentials:

Bring your own pole & worms if you have them! (Idaho Fish & Game will have a limited number of poles to borrow and some bait available, while supplies last).

Barbless hooks only 🚫🪝

No fishing license required for this event!

🚗 Parking Reminder:
Parking around the park is limited. Please be a good neighbor and avoid parking in front of driveways or on neighborhood yards. Thank you for helping us keep the neighborhood safe and accessible!

Today Is The Last Day To Get Registered: City Wide Yard Sale

Rathdrum Parks & Recreation will create an Official Map and address list of all registered yard sales. The list will organize all participants so you will know who will be having a Yard Sale the designated weekend.

City Wide Yard Sale Date: June 6th

Please remember to drive safe on the day of the sale, there will be increased amount of traffic on this day! Please respect private property and obey all vehicle rules and laws.

Maps the list will be published Wednesday, June 6th before the Citywide Yard Sale.
Registration: April 20th - June 1st

If you miss the deadline for listing your address, don't worry! There is a good chance there is a sale address listed close to you.

The Splash Park at Majestic Park will be open today 05/28 & Tomorrow 05/29, but will be closed through the weekend because of the rain & cooler temperatures. The Splash Park will re-open permanently for the season on Tuesday 06/02.
Reminder that the Splash Park hours are 10 AM to 7 PM daily.
