Rough Mower Equipment Operator

Love working outdoors? Enjoy seeing the results of a job well done? Join our golf course maintenance team and help keep Rum River Hills in top condition.

Responsibilities

* Operate riding mowers to maintain the golf course rough.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and cleaning.
* Report turf or course issues to the Superintendent.
* Assist with general course maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

* Available for early morning shifts (starting around 5:30–6:00 AM).
* Comfortable operating equipment on varied terrain.
* Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
* Landscaping or golf course experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Pay & Perks

* $16–18/hour (based on experience)
* Free or discounted golf privileges
* Uniforms provided
* Work outdoors on one of the area’s most beautiful golf courses
* Friendly, team-oriented environment
