We are so excited to add Sandy Brady as an Honorary Member of the Wake County Wildlife Club!

Sandy has devoted his time to mentoring young hunters and anglers while promoting ethical sportsmanship and wildlife stewardship. Inspired by his father, he has taught fieldcraft, fi****ms safety, and wildlife identification to hundreds of youth. Brady has served on the board of the North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation, expanding youth hunting opportunities and protecting key habitats. He has partnered with organizations including the National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, and the NCWRC to support outdoor education. Brady plays a central role in youth programs like the Youth Sportsman Camp and Rockingham County Youth Outdoor Day. Through mentorship, leadership, and personal example, he ensures conservation values endure in North Carolina’s outdoor communities.

This summer’s Fur, Fish and Game camp was a blast - even in the heat! 90 campers attended and 17 WCWC volunteers were there to help. The funds raised through DDC ticket sales allow us to support these Wildlife Conservation and Education events and activities. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

The 9th annual NC Pirate Classic was such a fun event! 67 birds were harvested with the largest scoring 73.8! Thank you to all who participated and Congratulations to the winners! Good luck to everyone this season - see y’all next year!
