Handwritten or non barcoded tags will have increasing comission ( refer to changes when website updated) We suggest all tags to be bar coded for efficient check in / out and selling …
* Purchasing large items outside must be requested for EE staff to put “ HOLD while shopping “ label - holds and these items have time limits.
* Additional discount day added with same terms of discount ( no BOGO for Saturday as past sales … )
* No dogs or pets allowed at this facility service dogs - per RCAC
* Cash or credit cards only ( credit cards have merchant fee ) NO checks
* Free parking

We have added an extra discount day - schedule specific for drop off / shopping / pick up .. please note facility requires prompt opening - closing on our schedule when posted

Thank you Blaylock family and Circle C staff for all your help - See you in October 2026

It's hard to get the whole Circle C staff emotional at the same time, usually one of us can pull it together, however, Lynn Beeson got us all by donating another very generous gift certificate! We were able to purchase more boots for Summer camp, pommel straps for Horseback Archery, therapeutic saddle pads and girths to help our senior horses as their top lines age, books for the Circle C library, hay nets for all weather, stall rest, or turn out occasions and fly bonnets to help our trail rides to be less dramatic during deer fly season. Additionally we've heard from several of our students, staff and Girl Scout Volunteers over the last few days, that they were able to find boots, shirts, and riding breeches- we can't wait to see everyone's new outfits in use. The biggest thank you to the Blaylock family for all their hard work volunteering! Today is the last day for shopping!

Janet Mason is such a dedicated Consignor, Volunteer and supporting friend with Equestrian Exchange Tack Sales. Horse & Buddy are fortunate to have her - we are too !

This Thankful Thursday, we are celebrating our fearless leader, Janet.

And while we’re posting this, Janet is finally taking a much-deserved break after the incredible success of our 21st annual Sequins & Spurs Gala!

As Executive Director, Janet is often behind the scenes making the hard decisions, solving problems before anyone else even sees them, and carrying responsibilities that can sometimes feel lonely and unseen. While so many of us receive recognition through our direct work with participants, Janet’s impact is woven into every single part of Horse & Buddy.

But don’t just take it from us — here’s what our staff had to say about Janet:
