Of course there is going to be a deadlift ladder!!!

“Voorhees”

Deadlift Ladder

Ladder will have 5 stations with a running clock.

1:00 at each station with a :10 transition time to move to the next station.

Team will have 1:00 minute to do as many reps as possible at each station.

Team members can switch at any time at each station, but each member must do at least one rep of the station weight for the reps to count from station.

Score will be total weight moved thru the workout.

This Saturday’s community workout was to honor the life of Deputy Ned Byrd. He was a CrossFit coach, competitor and loved doing strongman workouts. So we gathered to remember him by showing up-as he would for us- and doing the hard work. Thank you to all who participated, donated and supported today’s event.

One of my favorite parts of owning this gym is days like today. Watching our members hang out, laugh, push each other through obstacles, and spend time together outside these four walls reminds me what this place is really about.
