Here’s what most standard panels miss — thyroid antibodies.

They are everywhere — and I get it.
When you’re exhausted, inflamed, and nothing else has worked, a tool that curbs appetite and moves the scale sounds like relief.

And here’s the truth: You don’t have to have everything perfect before you start.

But think about it this way.

When you build a house, you don’t call the interior designer first. You pour the foundation. You frame the walls. You make sure the structure can hold what you’re about to put inside it.

Minerals are your foundation.
Your genetics are the blueprint — they tell you exactly how your body is built, how it responds to stress, how it processes nutrients, what it actually needs.

And peptides? Peptides are the interior designer. Powerful. Transformative.
But only if the house can hold them.

I haven’t had an issue in over 5 years.

I’m 45 years old and my hair is the best it has ever been in my life.
