Happy Birthday to the Battle Born State! 🎉

Nevada Day is an official state holiday commemorating Nevada’s admission to the Union as the 36th state on October 31, 1864.

Nevada was rushed into statehood during the Civil War to help secure votes for President Abraham Lincoln’s reelection and support the Union cause. That unique history gave Nevada its famous “Battle Born” motto.

Today and every day, we’re proud to call Nevada home and proud of the people who live and work to keep its Western heritage and traditions alive. Happy Nevada Day! 🤠🇺🇸

We just found out Battle Born Broncs has been nominated for Best of Fallon this year, alongside some other pretty incredible annual Fallon events. 🤠

Anyone who produces an event of this size knows how much time, money, planning, sweat, sleepless nights (and a few minor freak outs) go into making it happen. 😂😅 But the truth is, the people who help make Battle Born Broncs what it is are the ones who deserve to be recognized. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From our volunteers and vendors, to our incredible committee’s and production crew, sponsors, supporters at the City of Fallon and the Rafter 3C, and every single one of you who buys a ticket and comes out to support us, thank you. We truly couldn’t do it without you. 🫶🏽

We’re incredibly grateful for the nomination. And while we’d obviously love to bring home the win, we’ll also be voting for so many other nominees in all the categories because this community is full of people and businesses who work hard to make Fallon such a great place to live, work and raise a family.

We may not campaign as well as some, but if you’d like to throw a vote our way, we sure wouldn’t turn it down. ✅😉

Thank you for continuing to show up for Battle Born Broncs as we grow each year. We’re pretty dang lucky to get to bring such elite competition to our hometown. 🤠

And win or lose… there will be a Part ✌️follow up post, because we have too many amazing photos of all of you to share! Thank you 52 Photography for your generosity. (Be sure to give him a follow and then go to Josh’s website to get all the pics!) 📸
