Seven weeks, one remarkable group. 🎓

The Leader as Coach Fall 2026 Virtual Cohort wrapped up on October 27, and we’re so proud of what this group built together.

Offered in partnership with Brown University School of Professional Studies, this cohort was co-led by ACT Trainers Judy Nabb and Katie Coleman, along with Sydney Wiecking and Vicki Jordan.

A smaller group made room for deeper conversations, richer practice, and connections that will last well beyond the program.

LEAP introduces a new way for leaders to see their leadership. Building on The Leadership Equation, the program equips advanced coaches to help leaders navigate complexity and uncertainty with greater awareness and choice.

ACT isn’t just our name. It’s our theory of change.

Awareness. Before a leader can change anything, they have to see it: their patterns, their defaults, and the impact they’re actually having on others.

Choice. From awareness comes the capacity to respond rather than react, and to lead from intention instead of habit.

Transformation. Not a new personality, but a real shift in how a leader shows up and what becomes possible for the people around them.
