Thursdays • 2:00–3:00 PM
September 3 – October 22

They’ll build real confidence, coordination, focus, and respect — skills that carry straight into their schoolwork and everyday life. It’s a fun, structured way to get them moving and learning while fitting perfectly into your homeschool schedule.

Hi Families,

Quick update for our kids BJJ program:

Next week we will be taking a short break to give everyone time to settle back into the school routine.

Kids classes will resume the following week on
their normal schedule (9/1).

Teens and adult classes will continue as usual with no changes.

Thanks for understanding, and we’ll see the kids back on the mats soon!

Yoga Instructor Wanted!

Movement Training Center is looking for an energetic, reliable yoga instructor to join our team!

We have over 3,000 square feet of mat space and want to give our members more options for healthy living, mobility, recovery, strength, and overall fitness. Whether someone trains jiu-jitsu, lifts weights, plays sports, or simply wants to move and feel better, yoga can be a great complement to their routine.

We’re looking for an instructor who is passionate about helping people of all experience levels—from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
If you are a certified yoga instructor, or know someone who would be a great fit, please send us a message.

If you’re not cracking a smile every now and then on the mats, are you even really training jiu-jitsu?

Yes, we train hard here. We take our technique and improvement serious. But somewhere in between the sweeps, the submissions, and eating a few humbling shots from your training partners, there’s gotta be some real laughter too.

The best gyms aren’t built just on killer training — they’re built on friendships, laughs, and enjoying the grind.

Train hard. Smile often. Keep showing up.
