This self-defense workshop gives an overview of both psychological and physical self-defense, geared toward women+ with no previous martial arts experience.

Participants will be learning about situational awareness, confidence and grounding in times of stress, and training muscle memory to react to common attacks such as punches and grabs. 👊

Swipe thru to peek the FULL MAIN STAGE SCHEDULE for Feelin' Aligned in The Vines Yoga & Wellness Festival at WIT Cellars Benefiting Heartlinks Hospice happening right here in Sunday, July 12th from 10AM - 5PM 🪷

From mindfulness practices to different yoga styles, somatic movement, breathwork, sound baths, meditation and more!

Tickets to access the MainStage Wellness Area are $30 & includes ⤵️

| Full day access to a variety of guided sessions to tap into your self care with something new to try every 20-25 minutes, you can take one or stay for them all 💖

| Event Goodie Bag - We encourage you to purchase your Main Stage Tickets ahead of time as our swag bags are limited in quantity (guaranteed for the first 50 ticket holders)!

| 10AM - 3PM 👉 The first half of our Main Stage Wellness Sessions will be held outside on The Patio

| 3PM - 5PM 👉 The second half of our Main Stage Wellness Presentations will be held inside Wit Tasting Room
