What an incredible Pilates Day at Complex 7! 🩵✨

A huge thank you to Coach Sara Fuller for leading an outstanding Reformer Pilates session, Quincy Mullens for guiding an energizing Mat Pilates class, and Marshall University Dance Coach Brayden Bailey for bringing the Marshall Dance Team to train with us.

We loved hosting such a talented group of athletes and appreciate everyone who made the day a success. We can't wait to have you all back at Complex 7! 💚🖤
