❍ Est 2017 Traveling the coast and teaching at events and retreats for years, I saw so many places in different communities that had places like the Den. It became more and more obvious to me that our little town needed a place for like

minded individuals and spiritual seekers. Gaia is much more than a yoga & meditation studio, much more than a metaphysical shop. It is a place for people to offer their spiritual gifts and wisdom, a place for people to gather and share...a platform for people to sell their products. From yoga, meditation & breathwork, to classes on spiritual paths, astrology, Reiki, Tarot, and commUNITY events, the Den is a place for everyone.

We brace against stress, against the endless demands and the constant hum of a world that rarely slows down.

⚡️Over time, this daily “fight-or-flight” armor settles into the body as tension, tight hips, tight shoulders, shallow breathing, exhaustion, and a nervous system that runs on a fried & empty tank.
