Sometimes restoration begins when we no longer feel the need to do anything at all.

At Campbell's Lane Farm, I intentionally facilitate experiences in partnership with our donkey herd that invite restoration, awareness, and connection.

It's not simply about feeling calmer. It's about creating space to notice, reconnect, and perhaps recover access to more of ourselves.
