When Chrissy started with me in April of 2024, she weighed 203 pounds.
She had already made progress on her own, but she’d reached a point where she felt stuck and wasn’t sure what came next.
Over the past two years, we’ve focused on building sustainable habits, improving her nutrition, following structured training, and trusting the process.
The result?
203 lbs ➡️ 132 lbs
But the number on the scale isn’t what I’m most proud of.
I’m proud of the confidence she built.
I’m proud of the discipline she developed.
I’m proud that she kept going during the moments she doubted herself and questioned whether she could make any more progress.
Today, she’s healthier, stronger, more confident, and has improved virtually every measurable aspect of her health.
This wasn’t a quick fix.
This wasn’t a 12-week challenge.
This was the result of showing up consistently, week after week, month after month.
