Great football seasons start long before kickoff. 🏉💪

Sevens rugby is the perfect offseason sport for Pop Warner athletes to stay conditioned, improve speed and agility, build toughness, and sharpen open-field skills that carry straight onto the football field. Fast-paced, physical, and nonstop action keeps players ready for fall competition. 🔥🏈

We’re excited to invite our friends to come out next Tuesday for a FREE trial practice with ! Bring a teammate, invite some friends, and come see what rugby is all about!

We’ll also be at your camp on Wednesday to share more info and answer any questions. See you there!

Registration is now open for U10–U18 (coed + girls + boys divisions). Got an older U8? Come play as a “U8 riser” and get introduced to contact rugby in a fun, fast-paced setting! Link to register in bio.

7’s = 7 players, quick 7-min halves, and weekend tournaments all summer long 🙌 Perfect for new players and athletes looking to stay in shape.
