Today our room got quieter in the best way. Captain Royce Williams, a Medal of Honor recipient, came in to speak with our team, and every kid listened like it mattered. Because it did. Moments like this remind us what the sport is really building: character, discipline, and a sense of service bigger than ourselves. That message hit home for three of our own who are headed off to serve in the Air Force and Navy matty b ✞ Bailey Holman Jack mal . Honored to have him in our room. 🇺🇸

🔥 TECHNIQUE OF THE WEEK 🔥

Front Head Fireman Carry 🤼‍♂️

It’s all in the details. Footwork, positioning, and timing. Master the little things and the big moves will follow.

Study it. Drill it. Make it yours.

Big week in the room. Two-time NCAA champion Nick Suriano and Darryl Christian, a former U.S. national champion, spent a couple of days with our team. Nick rolled with the boys and gave them a real feel for the next level, and Darryl shared his knowledge with the whole room.

You can’t buy time like that. Thank you both for pouring into our athletes.
