I hope this information will make it's way to the people that need it.
It has been brought to my attention that there may be some confusion or friction concerning paying for tables here at High Street.
Our current league pricing structure is based around one table per team match -10 players. The current price for league tables is $40.00 per table. This breaks down to $4.00 per person and the league has this table from 6:00pm until the last person leaves. Some evenings this could be until closing-12:00am.
The best possible breakdown for this would be if you normally pay $8.00 per match to your captain, you would each pay $12.00 when you are playing at High Street Billiards.
I understand many people are used to playing in bars where they either dont have to pay, or pay fifty cents to $1.00 per game.
As a billiards hall, we cannot offer that. However many matches have the potential to be 25+ games a night.
We do not make money here at High Street on food or alcohol, only table time.
You ARE allowed to bring in your own b**r and w**e, plus any food you choose, which could easily save you that $4.00 per person upcharge.
I cannot make it free, but I am here to communicate with anyone that may have questions or concerns.
I personally, and we as a business, value each and every one of our players , and fully support you all as leagues, teams, and individuals on your billiards journey.
Don't forget if you need to practice, we have $18pp unlimited every day!
