Commit2bfit COMMIT2BFIT is a group fitness classes business currently located at The Event Center- 2900 B Central St. in Poteau, OK (beside the Beauty~Licious salon).

We specialize in a variety of group fitness class formats that can accommodate most fitness levels. CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE:

Mon. & Wed. 10:00am - 11:00am

Mon. & Wed. 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Tues. & Thurs. 6:15pm -7:15pm

CIRCUIT EXPRESS: w/Heather:
Tues. & Thurs. 2:30pm- 6:00pm

STRONG NATION: w/Heather:
Sat. 10:00am - 11:00am


We are supp

orters of many workout formats because our bodies were meant to do a mixture of CARDIO along with STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY TRAINING. THERE IS NO ONE WORKOUT FORMAT/BRAND FOR TOP PHYSICAL RESULTS! The key is to jump in somewhere and work within our capabilities without fear of challenging and pushing our bodies to the next level when it is time to do so. Keep checking back to see additional classes being added to the schedule which will change according to demand and season. I am passionate about catering to different fitness levels and believe that everyone is capable of receiving benefits from our classes. Also, I am currently completing an extensive Personal Training Certification and can't wait to be able to provide this additional service to clients who are interested! If you are one of our students we would like to extend our gratitude for your continued support and dedication. If you are not yet one of our students we can not wait to meet YOU!
