CrossFit 489

CrossFit 489 Athlete HQ is located north of Poteau, OK just off of Hwy 59! It was developed to enhance each individual’s competency at all physical tasks.

Our goal is to promote fitness in a fun, safe and welcoming atmosphere with dedicated, knowledgeable coaching that develops the complete athlete! CrossFit 489 is an evidence based strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. This is also referred to as General Physical Preparedness. CrossFit started in Santa Cruz, CA back in 2003 a

nd is now an internationally accredited performance based fitness program with over 7000 affiliates worldwide. We are a private fitness program where clients can workout only under the direction of an Accredited CrossFit Coach.
