Hey👋 Coach Lauren & Coach Mariah here!

Once upon a time, we were just two little girls flipping around in our dad’s gym. Now we’re the ones staying up late thinking about the tumbling program, playing routines in our head, worrying about athletes, sending each other videos, brainstorming ways to make our gym better, and crying over kids we love so much.

It’s exhausting. It’s emotional. It takes more of us than most people will ever know. BUT it’s also such a gift. From our littlest athletes to our oldest, we hope you know just how loved, prayed for, and believed in you are.

And getting to pour our hearts into the very place we grew up, while continuing what our dad started right alongside him and each other? That’s something we’ll never take for granted. 🤍
