We’re so excited for the rest of March! 💫

This Friday 3/13 - no class because of TPC! Sydney will be sharing her birth story for pregnancy circle 10 am-12 pm.

3/20 is Pilates in the park @ Howell Park. Sydney is so excited to pair up with and get outside for some Pilates with the mamas in this gorgeous spring weather ☀️

3/27 Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates resumes back in the studio on reformer at new time: 2 pm. Will be using new mat conversions! 🤩 remember, first class is still free. Message to reserve your spot.

Sydney is back from maternity leave! While she was out, she completed the 10 hr CE .like.me prenatal and postnatal Pilates course. She can’t wait to work with all the mamas again and share some of the things she learned! 🤰🩷

This week’s Pre and Postnatal Pilates schedule!🤰💖

Calling all Nocatee mamas! This Thursday 10/23 at 9:30 am Pilates in the park will be at Seabrook Park in Nocatee! All you’ll need is a mat and water/snacks for yourself and the kiddos! I’ll have therabands and some toys for the kids to play with. This class is free!

Saturday 10/25 pre and postnatal reformer class is also at 9:30 am! Please message us ( or ) to sign up for your first free class! 2 spots left

Tuesday morning’s class will be at Gonzales Park in Jax beach! Bring your kiddos, mats and mom friends! I will be providing therabands for optional use.
Friday evening’s class will be on the reformer at the studio. Only 3 spots available! We keep our classes small for optimal benefits! ✨ don’t forget ✨ your first class is FREE!
