Charlize is now a 2x NJ State Placewinner, closing out one of the most impactful careers in Point Boro history.

She finishes as the true trailblazer of Girls Wrestling at the Boro:

• First District Champion
• First Region Champion
• First SCT Champion
• First State Placewinner
• First 2x State Placewinner
• Winningest Girls Wrestler

Charlize inspired 2x State Placer Eliza Toth to start wrestling — and together they helped build a girls team. Now, a new generation of Lady Panthers is following their lead as we have 8 girls in the Rec Program.

Charlize went from training in our rec program as the only girl in the room and competing against boys — to making program history in Girls Wrestling — her impact goes far beyond wins and losses.

Highly intelligent, tough, humble, and quietly hilarious — Charlize has been a cornerstone of this program.

We will miss being in her corner and hope to see her back at the Boro one day helping the next generation.

Eliza is now a 2x NJ State Placewinner.

She battled her way to 7th in the state at 165 lbs, adding to her impressive resume.

Eliza will return for her Senior season looking to climb to the top of the podium.

NJSIAA State Placewinner 🐾🤼‍♂️

Junior — 165 lbs

Jake finishes 5th in New Jersey, earning 5 wins over the weekend at the NJSIAA State Championships.

We are extremely proud of the grit and determination Jake showed throughout the tournament — especially in the blood round and 5th place match, where he regrouped after defeat and never punched out.

Jake is now the second 3x State Placewinner in Point Boro history and will return for his Senior campaign on a mission.
