Our training builds confidence, respect, and character in a supportive, friendly environment. Our Academy's exclusive training curriculum includes the best disciplines in practical and sport Karate for kids. Our adults students practice the original defensive applications that are covered by our main styles of Karate; these bring elements of ground fighting; joint locking, and throwing as well as the punching and kicking methods. This program also includes advanced specialty classes focusing on reality based weapon defenses (stick, gun, and knife). In Sport Karate: our kids students learn the dynamic, active competition training techniques and rules of the Olympic Karate. Fitness with strategic technical and tactical skills have propelled this program based on the latest research and up-to-date training techniques.

Spinning hook kick 🥋

🥋 Bassai Dai – Strength, Power, and Tradition 🥋

Bassai Dai (抜塞大), meaning "To Pe*****te the Fortress," is one of the most iconic kata in Shotokan Karate. This kata teaches explosive power, strong stances, precise techniques, and the determination to overcome any obstacle.

Every movement develops focus, timing, balance, and the spirit of perseverance—qualities that extend far beyond the dojo.

Train with purpose. Practice with discipline. Grow with every kata.

Kata 🥋

If you love dance, you'll recognise this: the rhythm, the control, the body moving as one piece. Kata is that same discipline, aimed at power and technique.

Whether you're brand new or returning to training, we'll teach you from your very first stance. All levels welcome, and right now we're offering a 2-week free trial!

This is a section from the kata Jion, performed by one of our students.

Control 🥋

Slow kicks are harder than fast ones. Holding a roundhouse at the top builds the strength, balance and mobility that powerful technique is built on, and it takes real practice to make it look this smooth.

Whether you're starting fresh or getting back into training, we'll teach you from the ground up. All levels welcome, and right now we're offering a 2-week free trial!
