Technique is the cornerstone of safety, efficiency, and efficacy, serving as the essential mechanism for maximizing work output while maintaining proper form. We use threshold training as a key method, which involves pushing for maximum intensity while actively correcting technical errors to improve performance without sacrificing safety.

We teach our members the balance of technique vs. intensity. Without foundational technique we can never fully express the effectiveness of our program.
