I have learned through the years that paying more for quality and customer service is a worthwhile endeavor. Case in point, Wild Hare Shooting Gear. Several years ago I purchased the Premium Tournament Bag. It is always loaded, up to a flat of shells, glasses, choke tubes, oil, pouches, vests, thrown in the back of trucks, slung over your shoulder or bouncing around in a cart while on the shooting grounds. You get the idea, used and abused, even when being careful. Last week when opening a flap, the Velcro did its job a bit to well, pulling the lining from the seam. A quick online form, a few pictures emailed and today I have a new replacement. Throw the faulty bag in the box, tape it shut, slap the included return label on and off to UPS.
That’s easy, that’s customer service.
