🌟 Tuesday Testimony Spotlight: Michelle 🌟
Consistency beats perfection every time.
In just over 10 months, Michelle has lost an incredible 25 pounds and reduced her body fat by 6% — all while maintaining her muscle mass! That means the weight she lost wasn't hard-earned muscle, but primarily body fat.
The best part? Michelle didn't follow a crazy fad diet or spend hours in the gym. She simply showed up consistently, averaging 4 workouts each week, and focused on building sustainable habits. She also participated in our Fall Challenge, where the focus was on fueling the body with more whole foods.
Here's what Michelle had to say:
"I am not necessarily a “gym girl”, and I definitely am not getting up early to work out. I always have struggled to stay with something, losing interest and just giving up. My co-worker was looking for somewhere to start working out and asked me if I wanted to go check out this place she had recently learned about. Together we came in for the free workout and loved it!
I can’t say that I had any specific hesitation, but I always wonder how long I will stay committed. Needless to say, I am hooked. Being able to come in, not think about what I have to work out each day and having our coaches do that part for me is the best part of FBBC! Not to mention it's just 30 minutes and most of the time you are having so much fun you don’t even feel like you are working out.
To date since joining last summer, I have lost 25 pounds and feel great. I feel a part of something and know that the coaches want the best for me! For me, they are incredible motivators.

Michelle is proof that lasting results come from consistency, patience, and trusting the process. We are so proud of everything she has accomplished and can't wait to see what she achieves next!
