Many runners find that as their mileage increases, or they run more intense or hillier workouts, they become tighter. Ann has worked hard to bring time-efficient yoga and stretching routines to her students in order to allow them to maximize their athletic potential.

5:01 and won the Bruce Barnes Mile this morning! Super fun to win this one again! Really close to cracking 5:00 but I will take it as I think I paced this one just right! As is now tradition, went blueberry picking postrace with Phillip and my running friend Maggie! Great June morning with sunshine, beautiful scenery, running, and running friends.

The kitties were excited about the blueberries; Boo Boo likes to eat them! 😆

This was a lot of fun to film for you, especially because I had so many helpers! 🤣🐈‍⬛ (Gio’s favorite day was definitely “Hamstrings/Calves”! I think Little Nuggie sat in the cat couch for every single video too!)

Here’s my number one go-to hamstring stretch! Save and try this one after your next run! This one is also easy to do without a mat when you are in your running shoes wherever you end up postrun!
