If your wife is in her third trimester, there’s more she needs from you than you may realise. 🤍

She may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious or simply miss feeling like herself. What she needs most is your patience, support and presence.

Be her partner, not just her helper. Hold her hand. Listen. Help without waiting to be asked. Remind her that she’s not doing this alone.

Save this for an expecting dad & share it with someone who needs to hear it.

🗣️ Exhale with sound ~ Low sounds can help release tension from the jaw and body.

🐈 Hands and knees ~ Takes pressure off the lower back and allows easy hip movement.

🙏🏻 Child’s pose ~ Gives the body a little rest and releases tension in the back and hips.

⚽ Yoga ball ~ Gentle rocking and hip circles can help you stay comfortable and mobile.

🤲🏻 Counter pressure ~ Firm pressure on the lower back or hips can help with back labor.

💭 Visualization ~ Imagine each contraction as a wave that rises, peaks and passes.
