This is what REAL sportsmanship in action looks like, and these teammates understood the assignment. 🩷💚
When their friends had something BIG to celebrate, they threw them a SURPRISE PARTY. 🎉 Complete with their hard earned trophy, banner, pizza, snacks, pink and green EVERYTHING, and their award winning routine displayed on the TV playing in the background. 🥰 They showed up excited, proud, and genuinely happy to see their teammates succeed — and THAT is something worth celebrating, too.
Because being a great teammate isn’t only about what you bring to the stage. It’s about how you show up for the people standing beside you. It’s cheering when their name is called, celebrating their opportunities, and understanding that someone else shining never makes your own light any dimmer.
At CSDA, we want to develop incredible dancers — but even more importantly, incredible people. Talent matters. Work ethic matters. And character, sportsmanship, and attitude matter just as much.
We are incredibly grateful for the dancers who celebrate each other wholeheartedly — through the wins, the disappointments, the big moments and everything in between. Because long after the trophies are put away, the kind of teammate you chose to be will matter far more than any award you won. 🩷💚
