From out Avonworth Eagles Football and Cheer family! We truly appreciate you guys!
Eagles Family & Community,
Youth sports is about so much more than what happens on the field—it’s about standing together when one of our own needs support.
A young player for the Shaler Area Little Titans Middle Team is currently going through a tough time. As an organization, the Avonworth Eagles will be sending a group donation at the end of this week to help support him and his family.
If you would like to contribute and join us in supporting this young athlete, please send your donation via Venmo to -eagles by Friday.
Please include a note like "Shaler Support" or "Little Titans" in the memo so we can combine all contributions into one collective gift from our Eagles family.
Thank you for always showing what community and sportsmanship are all about! 🏈❤️

❤️💙 Our Little Titans Family Needs Your Prayers ❤️💙
The Shaler Area Little Titans organization is more than just football and cheer — we are one big family, and right now, one of our own needs all the love, strength, and prayers we can send his way.
Maximus Getchel, a member of our Middle Team, is currently in the hospital. Maximus underwent surgery yesterday and is facing another surgery on Thursday.
We ask our entire Little Titans community to please keep Maximus and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We’re sending him all of our strength and hoping for a smooth surgery and recovery. ❤️
We will have a card available at the practice shed this week for anyone who would like to sign it and send Maximus some encouragement and love from his Little Titans family.
John is also hoping to visit Maximus as soon as visitors are permitted so he can personally remind him that his entire Titans family is behind him.
Stay strong, Maximus. Your Little Titans family is with you every step of the way. ❤️💙
