“Double Stacked Aces” during round one at ’s Triples at best Discgolf experience ever. Never have I aced and then the next person throws in for the ace right on top of mine. Andrew Littrell hit his with a Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish Stamped Innova Star Aviarx3, Mine was A Halo Star XD!

It must be the Cardinal Disc Golf jersey!

Unfortunately, due to the weather that we’re going to have this weekend, I’ve made a decision to postpone the Harpoon Larry’s Triples at BlackBerry Pines - Presented by Innova to December 27. Hopefully this will help with getting more people to sign up for this event. Hope to see everyone out next month

The 7th Annual Dylan Robbins Memorial at BlackBerry Pines Presented By Innova is in the books. We had a nice little turnout beautiful weather with no rain. Everyone who came out Had a great time.

There were 10 pro teams and 7 amateur teams
This is the first time we’ve had more pros than amateurs for this event

The first round everyone played from the short tees, second round the pros played the long tees and the amateurs played from the shorts

At the top of the pro field after round one Emerson Keith & Matteo Turner put together a almost a perfect round by shooting 19 underpar on 20 holes. Marc Cooper and I play pretty solid and shot 17 underpar. So going into round two we were behind by two strokes. The next 20 holes from the Long’s were some of the best I’ve seen played coops and I were Ying and yang and we were able to secure the victory with coops parking hole 10 and getting a solo Birdie to give us the win by one stroke.

Thanks again to all the sponsors who donated raffles. So many people went home with so much good stuff. This event is very special to my heart and many others and its days like yesterday that make this whole thing worth it.
Thank you for the family for making a trip down to Texas. We miss you Dylan Robbins

I’ll be spending the next month working on the course getting it prepped for the third annual Blackberry Pines Open in June. Hope to see everyone out.
