Why do I love heel lifts so much?

They incorporate so many awesome things in one movement:

🔹amazing lower body mobility
🔹calf strength
🔹big toe extension
🔹helps pump lymph back up the legs
🔹great for blood flow
🔹helpful for plantar fascia

*add a block between your ankles for more proprioception!
