⚡️ Sol Waves dance (2 PM & 5 PM)

🍂🌊 Fall is a very special season ~ my personal favorite, as it is a time of gathering your (figurative) acorns, and preparing to downshift into more ease.

🌅 Shorter visits from the sun makes our time that is illuminated more profound.

☕️ Chilly mornings beckon fuzzy slippers and turtleneck sweaters. Suddenly, a lover’s smile has a golden hue to it, just like the sunsets here on San Luis Obispo County’s coastlines.

🪶 As busy as our schedules seem, let this post be an invitation to return to more stillness, to the medicine of centeredness, of yoga, of Fall.

🌊 To ride your breath as a surfer rides a wave, within the pocket of this precious moment…

🦝✨ Trash Dance has Returned! ✨🌊

What if cleaning the beach felt like a community celebration?

Join us Sunday, September 6, 5–7 PM on the sand at Avila Beach for an evening of movement, music & serving our community.

📸 This special photo edition allows us to snap some photos in the hopes to create collaborative city sponsorships, envisioning this event to be totally free for volunteers and dancers ✨
