Explore the transformative practice of mindfulness for chronic pain management.

This workshop will start with an overview of the science around why and how we experience chronic pain, what makes it different from other types of pain, and what happens in our brains, bodies and nervous systems when pain becomes the default setting.

Together, we will practice several simple and easy mindfulness techniques designed to change the way we relate to our pain, and participants will leave with new tools that they can employ on their own at any time to live a fuller, more joyful and less painful life.
