1. RICE Method: Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Take it easy, ice your knee, wrap it with a bandage, and prop it up to ease pain and swelling.

2. Strengthen Your Muscles: Do exercises like leg lifts and squats to make the muscles around your knee stronger. It helps your knee stay stable and less painful.

3. Wear Good Shoes and Watch Your Posture: Wear comfy shoes with good support and try to stand and walk with good posture to ease strain on your knees.
