UPDATE: We have great news! We've had so much interest in our Sports Conditioning Program, and a lot of requests for a class to accamodate younger ages. So, we've decided to add a class for ages 9-11! Class will be held Fridays from 11am-12noon beginning January 9th. The cost is $60/month or $260 for the entire Spring Semester if payment is made by January 9th plus a registration fee of $25 per athlete.

This will follow the same program as outlined below, but with appropriate adjustments for a younger demographic. There are limited spots, so don't wait to sign up! Can't wait to see you in the gym!

Do you have an athlete who wants to take their sports training to the next level? This class is for you! This co-ed class for athletes ages 12 and up will use the Optimum Performance Training model (OPT) to help athletes increase their speed, strength, endurance, and agility with the ultimate goal of helping them excel in their sport of focus.

For all those coming to our Skating Party today, just a heads up that there was unfortunately a bad accident on 1-15 (hoping those involved are ok 🙏🏽), and last I heard the interstate is closed so I plan to take Hwy 91.
