🚨 Attention Pool Players - Tournament Entry Update🚨

To keep things fair and organized for everyone, we will now be requiring paid entry/advertised deposit to officially hold your spot in all upcoming tournaments.
We’ve had a lot of events filling quickly, and unpaid “I’m in” spots have made it difficult to manage brackets, waitlists, and payouts accurately. Moving forward:

✅ Your spot is locked in once payment is received
✅ First paid = first secured
✅ When the field is full, it’s full

Payment Options:
• Drop off cash at the Statewide Sportsdome
• Mail or drop off a check
• Pay via Square invoice
• Pay via PayPal

⚠️ Please note: All digital transactions (Square or PayPal) are subject to a 5% processing fee.

This system helps us:
• Start on time
• Build accurate brackets
• Avoid last-minute no-shows
• Keep payouts and side pots clean and organized
