While I’m out of town, Kimberly will be teaching a special one-time Saturday Yoga class at Hunter Pilates on June 13th! 🩵

Now it’s up to YOU to help pick the class time ⬇️

This class will focus on movement, stretching, mobility, relaxation, and resetting your mind and body for the weekend ✨

✨ NEW AT HUNTER PILATES ✨
Strength Classes with Free Weights are officially joining the schedule!

Monday & Wednesday Evenings
🏋️ 5:30–6:00 PM — Weights (First Group)
✨ 6:00–6:45 PM — Reformer Pilates
🏋️ 6:45–7:15 PM — Weights (Second Group)

Designed to work with your schedule — you can choose to do weights before OR after Pilates depending on what works best for you.

📲 Sign ups through GloFox will be available starting May 11th.

These 6-week strength programs are designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence off the reformer while still incorporating the core-focused movement patterns you love at Hunter Pilates. By combining free weights with reformer training, members will improve overall muscle tone, stability, posture, and functional strength in a supportive small-group setting.

🇺🇸 Holiday Schedule Note:
If sessions fall on a holiday, weight training will be moved to the following day.
Example: Memorial Day sessions will move to Tuesday evening, May 26th.

Set a timer for 10 minutes
Complete as many rounds as possible using 1 Red Spring OR you can do this at home💪🏻

Workout:
• 10 Glute Bridges
• 10 Side Lying Leg Lifts (Right)
• 10 Side Lying Leg Presses (Right)
• 10 Side Lying Sweeps (Right)
• 10 Glute Bridges
• 10 Side Lying Leg Lifts (Left)
• 10 Side Lying Leg Presses (Left)
• 10 Side Lying Sweeps (Left)
• 10 Glute Bridges

Repeat for 10 minutes 👏

This is your final burn — push your pace, stay controlled, and see how many rounds you can complete.
