I’ve started over more times than I’d like to admit. If you know me, you know I love the word pivot.
The deeper I’ve gotten to know myself, the more versions of me I keep meeting. Staying tuned in to what you actually want is an art — you have to keep listening, and you have to get comfortable with change. It’s the one thing you can count on. So why fight it? You can choose to begin again. And again. And again.
Aparigraha means not gripping. I used to think it was about things. It’s about the version of yourself you’re refusing to put down. You can’t step into who’s next while you’re still holding on to the habits, the mindset, whatever it is you already know is in the way.
That’s why I’m hosting this retreat — a safe place for anyone ready to give themselves some grace and try again. Good company, healthy food, red rock walks, mornings on the mat, and afternoons that belong to you.
What I want you to leave with isn’t a stretch goal or a cleanse or a new personality. I want you to drive home knowing you’re allowed to begin again — on a Tuesday, for no reason, without having earned it.
That’s it. That’s the retreat.
