What a wonderful day in Flagstaff. Some of us from ARCH went on this amazing barefoot trail where we learned all about the benefits of grounding and physical movement. Then we stopped over at aspen corner to see the beautiful fall colors.
Thanks Whitney for setting it all up for us. And thank you to the amazing volunteers who helped make this day perfect. Can't wait for the next fun day trip!
Anybody else that went and has a few photos? Feel free to post them in the comments for all of us to enjoy.

ARCH is a proud participant of the annual Birdies for Charity fundraiser! We need your help to reach our goal of at least 25 completed shifts so ARCH can qualify for all the benefits of this program.
• Every completed shift helps raise funds for ARCH!
• Tips collected during the WM Phoenix Open are shared among participating charities. The more volunteer support we are able to provide, the greater our share of the tips!
Although the WM Phoenix Open is held in February, spots are limited and tend to fill up quickly. If you can support ARCH, sign up today! You can also help us by sharing this post and helping us spread the word!
