CrossFit Magna We're Phoenix's licensed CrossFit community, made up of athletes of all ages and skill levels. We also bike, run, and row hard and fast.

The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare participants for any physical activity. Our athletes practice and train the major lifts: Deadlift, squat, press, clean, and sn**ch. Similarly, we seek to master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, handstands, dips, and rope climbs. Our workouts are sho

rt and intense and we mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. CrossFit is also the community that arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

SUMMER SOLSTICE FUN RUN ☀️

👉 Arrive 15-20 mins early to warm-up
🏃‍♂️ Various paces/levels and family welcome! We’ll do a 5k loop. The goal is a casual fun run for those who want to enjoy the loooongest day of the year.

R.A.D® is giving away running shoes to 5 random run clubs who participate. To be included:
- Follow Coach Preslie on Strava* (link in Stories/Discord)
- She’ll invite you to the group challenge
- Track your run on Sunday in Strava (should auto-populate to our group challenge)
*Strava is free!

You can complete the Strava part anywhere in the world, even if you won’t be at Magna that morning 🌐 Let’s represent and put some miles in!

⚡️ Magna will host Friday Night Lights each week from 4-6pm:

👉 Show up early to sign-up for a heat time on the whiteboard, and go through the provided warm-up in the extra work area.

🗓️ 12PM is the LAST class on Fridays on these dates—no 3:30/4:30/5:30pm.
