MilDawg Ruck On Community Ruck 5 W’s:
✅ Who- everyone is invited! Members & Nonmembers.
✅ What- RuckOn Monthly Challenge Workout (Week 2), followed by a 5K Ruck.
✅ When- Saturday, June 13th at 7am.
✅ Where- MilDawg Philly.
✅ Why- To enjoy a great workout and fellowship with great people!!

The RuckOn monthly challenge:
Week 1: you can do this option if you missed last week!
4 rounds for time:
- 400m Ruck
- 4 Burpees over pack/vest

Week 2:
4 rounds for time:
- 600m Ruck
- 6 Burpees over pack/vest

Week 3 we’ll add 200m to each run and 2 more burpees each rd.
Week 4 we’ll add 200m to each run and 2 more burpees each rd.

Come join us Saturday at 7am!!
