We are so excited to welcome Anna back to our teaching team! Anna completed her 200-hour teacher training at Hotbox in 2015 and taught at our studio in West Philly (iykyk) and brings a grounded energy with her.
Anna is taking over our gentle yoga classes in Manayunk on Sundays at 6:30 PM! Come beat the Sunday Scaries with Anna every Sunday!

I am a music nerd, so in my classes, you’ll hear a new playlist on rotation each week. Especially in a gentle class, music can be a powerful mindfulness tool to keep our attention in the room. And I do take requests (within reason 😂)!

What do you want students to feel when they leave your class?
I teach the gentle flow on Sunday evenings, so my goal is to help folks feel calmer, more relaxed, and a little less stressed about Monday. We start with movement and mobility, then breathing and deep release poses to regulate the nervous system. So honestly, if you fall asleep in savasana, I consider that a win.
One thing you want the Hotbox community to know:
If you want to deepen your practice - come to a gentle yoga class! We work anatomy, breath, and mindfulness techniques that can help level-up your power practice. And if you’re a beginner, it’s a great entry point! I promise you’ll leave feeling like a million bucks.
