Crazy that this was a year ago! Teaching at gyms was not originally my dream for trYoga, but it's been amazingly rewarding. My style has changed so much. Rather than heavy Pilates influence, I teach gentle flows with a focus on adaptive functional flexibility.

Why go the easy route when you can choose the challenge?

As a woman with no sense of music and timing it was probably insane of me to sign up for a Les Mills training. Conveniently the training coincided with recovering from nasal surgery, an insane workload, and you know, general life raising teenagers. All this to say that I don’t think I’ve worked harder at something than I did this training. And I have the abs to prove it!
