Happy Halloween from L.A Boxing 🥊🎃👻💀

Who would be the best boxers out of these Halloween villains? Or is there someone I’ve missed 👀😬

The Grand Finale - Top Tier 🥊🏟️

Busy weekend with professional Boxing complete with cuts duties for Joshua Burnham | PRO Boxing Coach and his boxer Jawad Ilyas in his first title fight.

The first title fight is always a special one. Great fight between Jawad and his opponent. Can now look to push on to more titles with more big performances 👍

Always amazed at how good these Top Tier shows are. Great job by Johnny Clark putting these events on for the boxers.

Onto the next one!

Fallout - Neilson Promotions 🥊🏟️

Good weekend with the pros started on Saturday with cuts duties for 3 of Joshua Burnham | PRO Boxing Coach professional stable.

Good performances from all three. Nice to see two debutant boxers I’ve known for many years for the amateurs doing so well in their first professional fight.

Lovely set up from Mark Neilson & Neilson Boxing Boxing at Harrow.

Newpound Show - Bognor Regis 🥊🏟️

Good win for this schools boxer yesterday in Bognor Regis.

He’s the busiest boxer at the club at the moment… 3 bouts in 3 weeks!! A wise coach once told me that a busy boxer is a good boxer… keeps them sharp.

Hopefully a few more for him before the end of the year.

Interclub Sparring - Legacy ABC 🥊⚔️

Great rounds for these boxers last night with Legacy Boxing Gym in Bournemouth.

is a pleasure to deal with. Done lots of rep matches with him and got one of the nicest looking gyms I’ve seen…. Bit like being in the states 🇺🇸😁

Boxing Schools Clubs - The Abbey 📚🥊

Another half term finished with The Abbey School Sports and PE Department & The Abbey 🫡

It’s been brilliant to watch the girls progress with the Boxing. A pleasure to teach and massive credit to themselves and their teachers for how well they have all done.

It’s amazing to see how far Women’s Boxing has come and how many girls/women are getting involved in Boxing. When I boxed women’s bouts and boxers were incrediby rare… now I would say it’s one of the fastest growing sports for women 👍

Nice to see some of the girls looking to join their local Boxing clubs after the success of the sessions at the school. Look forward to next term already!

Boxing Interventions - Holt School 🏫 🥊📚

Nice to be able to provide another intervention service to the Holt School. The aim of the intervention was to help struggling students with some Boxing.

The response has been fantastic which always makes me smile. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of my job and goes to show the power of Boxing to benefit someone’s life.

It’s also nice to see another all girls school using Boxing with its students. Women’s Boxing is rapidly on the rise and its impact is now starting to be seen in schools.

Looking forward to next term already!

Boxing Schools Clubs - Grey Court Richmond 🏫📚🥊

Brilliant last sessions this week at Grey Court before they wrap up for a half term break.

Loved teaching the students every Monday morning the fundamentals of Boxing and seeing them progress each week. It makes me so happy to see the students getting as much enjoyment out of Boxing as I did when I was thier age many moons ago 🧓

The PE staff have been a pleasure to work with. I love how they encourage the kids to make sport a part of their lives and the amount of sport they offer at Grey Court is amazing! They have Golf on at the same time as the Boxing which is class!

How they get the kinds to get up early to attend the class I think is admirable… installing good life habits into the students for life.

Really looking forward to being back next term for the last push up until Christmas!

Boxing FAQs 🤔🥊

This tutorial content is based on questions I get asked quite a lot by my clients, boxers, my coaching colleagues or anyone with a love of Boxing. These type of reels are designed to help as many people as possible and are based on my experiences working with some fantastic coaches and boxers throughout my time in the sport.

Please feel free to share, like and comment below if you agree, disagree, feel I’ve missed something or have your own experiences on the topic shared ⬇️ One of the great things about social media is knowledge sharing and if that can help someone become a better boxer then that’s what it’s all about 👍🥊

Enjoy!!
