Fall dance is almost here! 🍂🩰

Registration for our 2026–2027 dance season is still open, and we would love to welcome your dancer to Genesee Dance Theatre! 🤍

Whether your dancer is brand new to dance or ready to continue growing their training, we have classes for a variety of ages and levels in a supportive, encouraging environment!

Our 2026–2027 dance season is starting soon, and registration is still open! We have classes for a variety of ages and levels, from our littlest dancers through our senior dancers, along with company opportunities and more.

Nutcracker week is here! 🎄🩰

Auditions for our 2026 production of The Nutcracker are happening this Friday & Saturday, August 21st & 22nd, and there is still time to register! Auditions are free and open to dancers who would love to be part of our December production!

This is also a great time to get your dancer registered for our 2026–2027 fall season! Whether they’re brand new to dance, returning for another year, interested in joining one of our companies, or hoping to be part of The Nutcracker, we’d love to have them at Genesee Dance Theatre this fall. 🤍

Ages 13+ • Friday, August 21 • 4:00–6:00 PM
Ages 4–8 • Saturday, August 22 • 11:00–11:45 AM

That’s a wrap on our Senior Company Intensive! 🩰🤍

These dancers put in so much work over the past few days, challenging themselves, taking corrections, building strength and technique, and getting back into the studio together before the new season begins!

It was such a great few days of dancing, learning, and getting excited for everything ahead this fall. We’re so proud of the work they put in and can’t wait to see where this season takes them! ✨

We spent the day focusing on technique, strength, artistry, and pushing ourselves a little further in preparation for the season ahead!

We’re getting so close to one of our favorite times of the year. Auditions for Genesee Dance Theatre’s 2026 production of The Nutcracker are coming up August 21st & 22nd! 🩰🎄

Whether this will be your dancer’s first Nutcracker or they’re returning to the stage with us, we can’t wait to begin bringing this year’s production to life!

It’s hard to believe summer is already winding down. Watching these dancers learn new skills, build confidence, make friends, and simply enjoy being in the studio has been the best part of our summer! 🤍

We still have a few camps and special events left in August, and fall registration is now open! Whether your dancer is returning or joining us for the very first time, we’d love to have you as part of our dance family this season. 🩰
